About Matt

Matt See was born and raised in Hampshire County. In 2004 Matt graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, majoring in public relations. While attending WVU Matt was the back-up Mountaineer and worked in the sports communications department. It was while at WVU that Matt began writing his “Voice of Motown,” WVU sports column weekly in the Hampshire Review. It was late in 2006 that Matt re-appeared in the Hampshire Review with his newest installment called, “Mile A Minute.” That column has since transcended into a daily blog on the new Hampshire Review website. Matt enjoys many things, including WVU sports, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Dave Matthews Band, golf, Fantasy Football and much more. Matt currently lives in Martinsburg, WV with his “Hokie Wife,” Katie and their dog Topper.

    I haven’t seen you in a while. I hope all is well. I was looking through the pictures at Indy. Is Cyndy, Cyndy Hartman? She trained me when I first started critical care at WMC. If this is indeed her. Tell her I said hello!
